Membership Renewal Procedures

1. Annual Renewal Date

A. All memberships of the Corporation will be renewable on November 1 each year or the next business day if November 1 falls on a weekend or holiday. B. Any member who has joined at any time in the preceding year will be subject to renewal on November 1 each year or the next business day if November 1 falls on a weekend or holiday. C. Members who join between the date of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and November 1 shall be considered members for the following year.

2. Procedure

A. Renewal notices will be available beginning at the AGM through October 31. B. Any member who has not renewed 15 days after the start of the renewal period at the AGM will be e-mailed a renewal notice by the assigned staff member.
