Membership Renewal Procedures

1. Annual Renewal Date
   1. All memberships of the Corporation will be renewable on November 12November 1 each year or the next business day if November 1 falls on a weekend or holiday.
   2. Any member who has joined at any time in the preceding year will be subject to renewal on November 12 ovember 1 each year or the next business day if November 1 falls on a weekend or holiday.
   3. notwithstanding the fact that they may have just recently joined.
   4. Members who join between the date of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and November 12 shall be considered members for the following year.
2. Procedure
   1. Renewal nNotices will be available beginning at the AGM through October 31.
   2. Any member who has not renewed by October 115 days after the start of the renewal period at the AGM will be e-mailed a renewal notice by the assigned staff member at least 28 days prior to November 12.
3. Renewal/Expiration
   1. The renewal period for membership shall start on the date of the AGM Meeting.
   2. Membership renewals approved by the Community Affairs Committe between the AGM and November 12 will qualify a membership for renewal.
   3. There will be a 28-day grace period following November 12 during which renewals will be accepted with the proviso that voting rights for the member in question will be suspended during the period November 12 until the renewal dues payment is received.

   4. Members who have not renewed by December 10 will lapse and their membership in the Corporation will cease as of November 12. Any member whose membership ceases as aforesaid may reapply for membership at any time but will be subject to the 60-day associate member period.
