Role Overview
The Vice President primarily serves to support the President and ensure the continuity of leadership. In the absence of the President, the Vice President assumes the duties of the President.

Key Responsibilities
- Acting President: Carries out the duties of the President in their absence.
- Executive Support: Supports the President in the supervision and direction of the Corporation’s business.
- Other Duties: Performs other powers and duties as prescribed by the Board or Bylaws.

Meeting Management
- Special Member Meetings: Members requesting a special meeting may deliver the request to the Vice President (among others).

Executive Committee
The Vice President serves as a member of the Executive Committee, alongside the President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
