Role Overview
The President serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation. In this capacity, and subject to the control of the Board, the President generally supervises, directs, and controls the business and other officers of the Corporation.

- Presiding Officer: Presides at all meetings of the members and the Board of Directors.
- Supervision: Generally supervises, directs, and controls the business and other officers of the Corporation.
- Committee Membership: Serves as a member of all Board Committees.
- Meeting Authority: Has the authority to call special meetings of the members and the Board.
- General Powers: Has the general powers and duties of management usually vested in the office of President of a corporation.

Meeting Management
- Board Meetings: The President presides over all Board meetings.
- Member Meetings: The President presides over all Member meetings.
- Calling Meetings:
- Annual Board Meeting: Called by the President (or any two directors).
- Special Board Meetings: Called by the President (or any two directors).
- Special Member Meetings: Called by the President (or the Board, or 5% of membership).

Executive Committee
The President serves as a member of the Executive Committee, alongside the Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Critical Deadlines
- Annual Meeting: Ensure the Annual Board Meeting and Annual Member Meeting are properly called and scheduled.
- Board Agenda: Typically creates the agenda for Board meetings in consultation with the Executive Committee and staff (Executive Director).
